The Real Issue

You're doing great work.
Your content doesn't show it.

Your product is better than half your competitors. But their websites look sharper, their videos feel more professional, and their social media actually gets traction.
You know your quality speaks for itself. But nobody's hearing it. So you keep answering the same trust questions on every sales call. You keep losing bids to companies that aren't as good as you but look like they are.
Great businesses shouldn't lose because their story isn't being told.

What you get

Customers see the full story, not just the finished product. Trust forms before they ever reach out.
Real customers answer objections on screen. Your sales team doesn't have to.
Sales reps use it as a pre-meeting primer and follow-up. Marketing gets social cutdowns and a hero asset.
One shoot day produces the hero film, 2+ short-form clips, and behind-the-scenes photography.

This is not a company video.

Most brand videos open with the founder's story, walk through the company timeline, show the team looking proud, and end with a logo. The customer shows up for about ten seconds as a testimonial prop.

That's backwards.

A Brand Story Film puts your customer at the center. It opens with their problem, introduces your company as the guide who understands that problem, walks through how you solve it, and ends with a real transformation.

What most people make

Opens with the company's founding story

Features the founder as the main character

Ends with "we're proud of what we've built"

Feels like a corporate reel

What actually works

Opens with the customer's problem

Features the customer's struggle as the engine

Ends with the customer's transformed life

Feels like a short documentary

How it comes together

Three steps from planning to publishing.

1

Discovery and Script

We learn your story, identify the customer problem your brand solves, and build a six-act script outline together. You approve the direction before we ever pick up a camera.

2

Shoot Day

A full day with a two-person crew at your location. We capture interviews, process footage, and B-roll. Your team's time commitment is minimal. We handle the logistics.

3

Edit and Deploy

We deliver a cinematic edit, short-form cuts, and a clear plan for where each piece goes. Website, email, social, sales decks, trade shows.

Who It's For

Built for companies where trust and process matter.

If your customers need to see the quality, the people, and the process before they buy, this is for you.

Manufacturers and Product Companies

You build something real. Your customers need to see the quality, the process, and the people behind it before they'll buy.

Outdoor Structure and Green-Industry Brands

Swing sets, sheds, pergolas, landscaping, hardscaping. Families are making a big decision. Showing them the full experience makes that decision easier.

Family-Owned and Founder-Led Businesses

Your story is your competitive advantage. A Brand Story Film captures it in a way that your About Us page never will.

Common Questions

Direct answers.

We already have a company video. How is this different?

Most company videos are about the company. They open with the founder, walk through milestones, and end with a logo. A Brand Story Film is about your customer's experience. It opens with their problem, positions you as the guide, and ends with their transformation. That's the difference between a video people skip and a video that builds trust.

What if we're not comfortable on camera?

Most of our clients feel that way at first. We handle everything from interview prep to on-set direction. You'll know the questions ahead of time, and we'll coach you through it on the day. By the end of the shoot, every client we've worked with has said it was easier than they expected.

How long does this take from start to finish?

Plan on 3-4 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. The discovery and scripting phase takes about a week, the shoot is one day, and editing and revisions take about two weeks after that. We'll give you a clear timeline before you commit to anything.
