No, not without asking. Everything on this site, the films, the photography, the writing, and the design, is owned either by me or by the client it was made for. If you want to reference something, email me and I will almost certainly say yes. Lifting it wholesale is a different matter.

They are honest ranges, not a quote. What a project actually costs depends on scope, how many shoot days it takes, and what you need back. You get a real number in a written proposal before anything starts, and that number is the one that counts.

I try hard to keep it right and current, but I am not warranting that every page is free of errors, and the guides in the learning center are general advice rather than professional counsel for your specific situation. Use your own judgment, and ask me if something matters.

A written services agreement signed before anything begins. It covers scope, deliverables, schedule, payment, and usage rights. This page is a summary for people browsing the site, and it does not replace or override that agreement.

You own the delivered files and can use them however you want across your marketing. The studio keeps the source and project files, which is normal in this industry, and a release for those can be arranged separately if you ever need them.

Yes, unless we agree otherwise in writing before the project starts. If there is a product launch to protect or a customer who would rather stay off camera, tell me early and it stays private.

This site links out to client websites, tools I use, and the odd article worth reading. I do not control any of those and I am not responsible for what is on them or what they do with your information once you are there.

The website is provided as it is, without warranties, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it. Liability on actual project work is addressed in the services agreement for that project, which is where it belongs.

Pennsylvania. If something ever needs sorting out formally, it gets sorted out in Pennsylvania, though I would far rather sort it out over a phone call first.
